External: Double coat cement plastering 20mm thick with smooth finish.

Vitrified Tiles of reputed make with 4’×2′ size.
Antiskid vitrified flooring for bathrooms.
PAINTING
Internal: Single coat 12mm thick smooth finish.
External: Double coat cement plastering 20mm thick with smooth finish.
DOORS & WINDOWS
Main Door: Teak wood frame 5″×3″ teak wood shutter with polishing hardware.
External Door: WPC frame 4″×2½”.
Internal Door: WPC frame 4″×2½”.
Shutters: Flush shutters.
Windows: UPVC windows.
TILES FOR CLADDING & DADOING
Kitchen: Vitrified tile dado up to 2′-0″ height above kitchen platform.
Toilets: Vitrified tile dado up to door height.
Utilities/Wash: Vitrified tile dado up to 3′-0″ height.
KITCHEN
Granite Stone/Slab with stainless steel sink and with treated domestic water connection, provision for fixing RO water filter and chimney (Electrical).
TOILETS
CP fittings, sanitary ware from Kohler or equivalent make, provision for exhaust fan.
ELECTRICAL
Concealed copper wiring in conduits for lights, fan and power plug points to operate modern day fixtures. Fixtures will not be given.
