Walls
Fly ash bricks (9”x4”x3”) in cement mortar.
Plastering
Internal: Single coat 12mm thick smooth finish.
External: Double coat cement plastering 20mm thick with smooth finish.
Flooring
Vitrified tiles of reputed make with 4’x2’ size.
Antiskid vitrified flooring for bathrooms.
Doors & Windows
- Main Door: Teak wood frame 5”x3” with teak wood shutter and polished hardware.
- External Door: WPC frame 4”x2”.
- Internal Door: WPC frame 4”x2”.
- Shutters: Flush shutters.
- Windows: UPVC windows.
Painting
- External: Two coats of exterior emulsion with one coat primer on wall care putty.
- Internal: Two coats of plastic emulsion with one coat primer on wall care putty.
Tiles for Cladding & Dadoing
- Kitchen: Vitrified tile dado up to 2’-0” height above kitchen platform.
- Toilets: Vitrified tile dado up to door height.
- Utilities/Wash: Vitrified tile dado up to 3’-0” height.
Kitchen
Granite stone/slab with stainless steel sink and treated domestic water connection, provision for RO water filter and chimney (electrical).
Toilets
CP fittings and sanitary ware from Kohler or equivalent make, provision for exhaust fan.
Electrical
Concealed copper wiring in conduits for lights, fans, and power plug points to operate modern fixtures. (Fixtures not included)
